The story

In 2023, I was helping a friend's clinic in Jaipur. They had 14 doctors, 3 floors, 8 procedure rooms, and were losing 22% of bookings to no-shows. Calendar tools couldn't handle it. ERPs were too heavy. Custom dev quotes were ₹40 lakh and 12 months.

I looked at how restaurants, salons, fleets, courts, and factories solved the same kind of problem. They all built their own version, badly. The underlying patterns were identical — coordinate time, resources, rules, and outcomes.

So I built Ideadunes. One scheduling engine. Every industry. Every region.
